PARAMOUNT - LIVERPOOL -STUDENT APARTMENTS

The Paramount is a purpose built development comprising of 488 units over 10 floors. It offers a variety of 441 en-suite student bedrooms and 47 studio study rooms complete with kitchen. The student bedrooms are arranged in clusters of 4-6 units (with one 7 bed cluster), each sharing a communal area complete with kitchen, dining area and lounge.

Visual Harmony produced the all the CGI elements, visuals and internal animations. We filmed actors on green screen and created a series of CGI movies to showcase the apartments and social areas in use. We created all marketing material and brochures to help sell the development off-plan to investors in China.
