WHAT WE DO

SERVICES

From a single planning render to a full property marketing campaign, I deliver end-to-end visual execution from my Manchester studio.

One Person, No Handoffs

CGI, animation, floor plans, photography and design, all produced by me personally, so lighting, material and tone stay consistent across every asset in your campaign. No agency handoffs, no briefing a junior who's never spoken to you.

01

3D CGI & ARCHITECTURAL VISUALISATION

CGI built to the accuracy planning submissions require, and compelling enough to help sell developments off-plan. 30+ years in design and photography, specialising in architectural CGI since 1995, trading as Visual Harmony since 2010.

02

ANIMATION

Static images stop buyers scrolling. Animated walkthroughs get them booking a viewing. I produce cinematic flythroughs and 3D virtual tours with accurate lighting and material mapping, built to hold attention through a sales campaign.

03

3D FLOOR PLANS

2D drawings show dimensions. My 3D floor plans show buyers how a space actually flows, furnished, finished, and ready to drop into a brochure or property listing.

PRODUCT VISUALISATION

Packaging, hardware and industrial products rendered from CAD before a single unit reaches the factory floor. I build photoreal 3D visuals that let you pitch, market or sell a product that only exists as a drawing, with no prototype required.

process

From drawings to final delivery

  1. Send your drawings in PDF, CAD, or 3D model, whatever you have.
  2. Concept & clay model approval, confirming form and massing before texture work begins.
  3. Material & texture sign-off, reviewing finishes before final render.
  4. Final delivery, in high-resolution stills, animation, or brochure-ready format.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a project take to produce?

Turnaround depends on scope, but a single exterior still typically takes 1–2 weeks from approved drawings, with full campaigns scoped individually once we understand the brief and level of detail required.

What information do you need to start a visualisation?

Architectural drawings, CAD files, or a 3D model give the strongest starting point, though hand sketches work for early concept visuals.

Can CGI be used for planning applications as well as marketing?

Yes, the same visualisation process supports both, though planning submissions often need additional accuracy checks against site context and massing. Confirming exactly what your submission requires remains the responsibility of your planning consultant.

Do you work with clients outside Manchester?

Yes, we work with clients across the UK from our Manchester studio, with all review and approval handled remotely.
