Product Visualisation

Photorealistic 3D CGI for products that don't exist yet — packaging, hardware and industrial design, built from CAD before a single unit is manufactured.

Seeing the product before it's tooled

A mould, a die, a production run — all of it costs money you'd rather not spend twice. We build the product in 3D from your CAD or spec sheets first, so the shape, the finish and the proportions can be checked, argued over and signed off on screen, long before anyone commits to manufacturing.

It's rendering, not photography, but treated with the same discipline we bring to a building: correct geometry, materials that behave the way they would under real light, and a finished image nobody would mistake for a mock-up.

What goes into a render

Single hero shots, full ranges, 360-degree turnarounds for internal design review — whatever the CAD supports. Bring us drawings, a 3D model, or even reference photography of a previous product and we'll match the look, so new items sit comfortably next to what you've already shot. Rounds of feedback are built into the price, not billed as extras.

Testing variants without reprinting

Once a product exists as a 3D model, colourways, finishes and label placements can be tried and swapped without touching a printer or a production line — useful when a range has several SKUs that all need to look consistent, or when a client wants to see three colour options before committing to one. It's the same base model each time, just re-rendered.

Where the files end up

Print-resolution stills, web-optimised versions, and short animated turntables for social — handed over ready to drop into a listing, a pitch deck or a press pack without further work on your end.

Frequently Asked Questions

We haven't manufactured anything yet — can you still render it?

Yes, that's the usual starting point. CAD, a spec sheet or even a rough sketch is enough for us to build an accurate 3D model before tooling begins.

What's the turnaround on a render?

A single product shot is typically the quickest option; a full range or multiple angles takes longer. You'll get a specific date once we've seen the brief, not a generic estimate.

Will it look like it belongs with our other product shots?

We'll reference your existing photography for lighting and angle so the CGI reads as part of the same set, not a different supplier's work. If part of the range already exists as a finished product, our photography service can shoot those units directly rather than rendering them.

How is pricing worked out?

By scope — how many products, how many angles, how much complexity in the materials. You get a fixed quote before anything starts, feedback rounds included.

Can you show us different colour or finish options before we commit?

Yes — that's one of the main advantages over photography. Once the 3D model exists, colourways and finishes can be swapped and re-rendered rather than requiring a new shoot for every variant.
