Commercial photography capturing the offices, industrial units and communal spaces at Northlight — a Grade II listed cotton mill in Brierfield transformed into a 7-acre live/work/thrive destination.

Northlight is a Grade II listed former cotton mill in Brierfield, Pendle, regenerated into a landmark mixed-use destination across a 7-acre site. The scheme combines 85 luxury two-bed apartments, 120 contemporary offices (75,000 sq ft), 29 industrial units (50,000 sq ft) and 70 self storage units (25,000 sq ft), alongside on-site leisure facilities, a gym and Black Sheep Coffee.
We were commissioned to photograph the commercial side of the development — offices, breakout and reception areas, meeting spaces and communal facilities — to support Northlight's marketing and letting campaigns. The brief called for images that captured both the building's industrial heritage (exposed brick, mill-scale windows, original character) and the quality of the contemporary fit-out, giving prospective tenants a true sense of the space before viewing.
Visual Harmony has also produced CGI and visualisation work for other schemes across the wider Northlight/Supashed portfolio in Lancashire and Yorkshire.
