Mixed-use waterfront developer
Commercial photography capturing the offices, atrium and waterfront spaces at Mann Island — an iconic mixed-use development on Liverpool's historic waterfront.
Photography
Mann Island is a landmark £93m mixed-use development on Liverpool's waterfront, sitting between the Port of Liverpool Building and Albert Dock. Designed by Broadway Malyan and completed in 2013, the scheme comprises three buildings — two residential wedges and an office block — delivering 376 apartments alongside around 114,000 sq ft of office space and 75,000 sq ft of retail and leisure units. The office building is home to the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and the RIBA North gallery.
We were commissioned to photograph the commercial side of the development — offices, atrium, covered walkways and waterfront views — to support marketing and letting.
