Northlight Industries offers 29 high-spec industrial units within the wider Northlight development in Brierfield, Pendle — the restored Grade II listed mill complex that also houses Northlight's offices, apartments and self storage. We produced interior CGI concept renders of one of the units fitted out two completely different ways: as a photography studio with a full lighting rig and shooting area, and as a bike shop with retail, service and parts counters. The brief was to show prospective tenants just how flexible the same shell could be, whatever their trade.
The concept renders did their job — every unit at Northlight Industries let within three months of coming to market.
