Northlight offers 85 luxury two-bedroom apartments within the restored Grade II listed mill complex in Brierfield, Pendle, ranging from 850 to 1,180 sq ft, including the Cookstool apartment type. We produced interior CGI renders of one of the apartments — the open-plan living and dining space, a bedroom with en-suite, and the bathroom — alongside a 3D floor plan of the Cookstool layout, giving buyers a clear sense of finish and layout before the units were ready to view.
