Northlight offers 120 contemporary offices from 150 to 1,000 sq ft within the restored Grade II listed mill complex in Brierfield, Pendle. We produced interior CGI concept renders showing three different office fit-outs — a 500 sq ft office with exposed brick and gallery-style artwork, a larger 600 sq ft open-plan office fitted for a bigger team, and a third design built around a timber-slat ceiling and acoustic panelling — giving the letting team finished imagery to market a range of office sizes and styles before any tenant had moved in.
Each render was populated with people and everyday office detail — screens, plants, artwork — so prospective tenants could picture the space in genuine use rather than as an empty shell.
